Bow in and come to a ready stance before each form.
Form 1
9:00 - Look, turn to the left power stance, left rotation block, right palm strike, right front snap kick, (x blocking to a guarded hourse);
3:00 - Look, turn to a right power stance, right totation block, left palm strike, left front snap kick, (X-blocking to a guarded hourse):
6:00 - Look, pull back to a right cat stance, right rotation block, right front snap kick, set to a right power stance, left knife hand. ( looking over your sholder step out and turn 180')
12:00 - Pull back to a left cat stance, left rotation block, left front snap kick, set to a left power, right knife hand.come to a ready stance, bow out.
Form 2
9:00 - Look, pull back to a left crane stance, set down to a left power, right knife hand, right snap kick, set to a right power, any combination of hands, pull back x-blocking to a guarded hourse stance.
3:00 - Look Pull back to a right crane, set down to a right power, left knife hand, left snap kick, set into a left power, any combination of hands, pull back, X-blocking to a guarded horse stance;
12:00 - Pull back to a left power guarded position, left elbow drop, trailing right, right front heel thrust kick, set into a right power stance, any combination of hands, come to a ready, Bow out.
Form 3
9:00 - X-blocking to a guarded horse stance, Look, left tap block, left hooking block, left power stance, right tiger claw, right snap kick, step into a right power stance, right reverse tiger claw, left tiger claw (palm) strike, x-block back to a guarded horse stance;
3:00- Look, right tap block, right hooking block, right pwoer, left tiger claw, left snap kick, step into left power, left reverse tiger claw, right tiger claw (palm) strike, X-blocking back to guarded horse;
12:00- Left cat, left rotation block, left hooking block, left power, right tiger claw, right circle kick, set into right power, right reverse tiger claw, left tiger claw to the face, come to ready; Bow out.
Form 4
9:00- X-blocking to a guarded hourse, look. pull to a left elbow crane, set into a trailing right, right jam kick to knee, right power, any combination of hands, X-blocking to a guarded hourse;
3:00- Look, pull to a right elbo crane, set into a trailing left, left jam kick to the knee, right power, any combination of hands, X-blocking to a guarded hourse;
12:00- step back to a left horse, left tap block going into a spinning back kick landing in a right hourse or right power, right back fist or knife hand, right power, any combination of hands, come back to ready, bow out.
Form 5
6:00- Look to rear, right rotation block, right rear thrust kick;
12:00- left cat, left rotation block, left snap kick, set to left power, right knife hand, pull back to a guarded hourse;
3:00- Right cat, right knife hand block, right reverse knife hand block, right power, right knife hand strike, grab, left knee lift, set back to a guarded horse,
9:00- Left cat, left knife hand block, left reverse knife hand block, left power, left knife hand strike, grab, right knee lift, set back to a guarded horse, come to ready, bow out.
Form 6
12:00- Step back, left elbo crane block to left power, right palm strike, right snap kick to right power, left elbow strike back to guarded horse;
9:00- Left power, left rotation block, right cobra strike, right front heel thrust to right power, left elbow strike back to guarded horse;
3:00- Right power, right totation block, left cobra strike, left front heel thrust to left power, right elbow strike back to guarded horse; come to ready bow out.
